At POP-AIR, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
